Senior Resident Inspector (Browns Ferry)

As a Senior Resident Inspector, you will serve as the lead NRC inspector assigned to the Browns Ferry Nuclear Plant. You will conduct in-depth inspections and investigations to assure compliance with design specifications and the conditions of the operating license. You will ensure that the inspection program is completed in accordance with schedules specified in the Inspection Manual or other official documents. You will plan the scope of inspections at assigned plant. You will oversee the preparation of inspection reports that describe observations made and conclusions reached regarding the licensee's safety performance and conformance with NRC requirements, provisions of the operating licensees, and applicable industry codes and standards. You will provide technical and programmatic leadership to a small staff by coordinating and managing their work and reviewing and evaluating technical findings and conclusions. Individual must be a fully qualified inspector in accordance with Manual Chapter 1245. In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience includes experience that demonstrates your ability to implement the NRC regulatory program, including application of NRC standards, and rules and regulations for nuclear facilities. You should also have sufficient knowledge of basic nuclear technology, operating safety procedures, radiological safety, codes, standards, and procedures. Candidates should generally have at least five (5) years of experience with the NRC.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
