DUTIES AND
Responsibilities:
The duties of the Team Leader consist of those of a Material Tech in addition to the following:
1. Liaison between employees/supervisor
2. Conducts safety, quality, EHS, and service related training or retraining of employees
3. Conducts hourly inspections of areas the PTFE Warehouse services
4. Generate work orders for maintenance
5. Fill in for Material Tech if absent
6. Perform audits for safety and production
7. Performs duties of supervisor when directed
8. Other duties as assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
Must currently be an Federal-Mogul employee. Must possess a High School diploma or equivalency. 3 to 6 months warehouse experience preferred, but not mandatory.
Must be able to lift up to 35 lbs. Must be able to multi-task. Position is for 3rd shift.
Pay is $14.89 - $16.42 plus shift premium and Team Leader pay
