Responsibilities:

Full time, non-exempt The Insurance Department exists to provide expertise and support related to insurance claims, supplements, follow up and depreciation.
The Sales Project Assistant will assist both Materials and Insurance departments with job approvals and material orders.
Duties &
Responsibilities:
Review job criteria and documents for approval Review material orders Create and complete JCF, supplements, Xactimates Place material orders through Acculynx Purchase warranties Assist coworkers as needed Other duties as assigned by the Sales Project Manager Working Conditions:
Indoor clerical environment, job is sedentary and involves sitting/standing at a computer most of the day Minimum Job Requirements:
Authorized to work in the United States At least High School Diploma, or equivalent Prior experience working with property insurance (certification a plus) Able to read and review insurance summaries Knowledge of roofing components, general construction terms Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Prior experience with Xactimate (or willingness to become Xactimate certified) Math skills -will work with numbers daily and should be comfortable with a range of mathematical operations Computer skills- comfortable with data entry using bookkeeping software, spreadsheets, etc.
Detail oriented -Great attention to detail is needed to avoid & recognize errors Integrity -this position will possess sensitive and confidential information, and this information should be used appropriately and kept confidential.
Communication skills- written and verbal communication as this position interacts with a wide variety of people and personnel Ability to analyze information and solve problems Teamwork mindset, with a positive attitude Job Type:
