The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to working safe, demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment, a strong desire to learn manufacturing processes and operating complex machinery, and have a desire to advance within the company.
Preferred minimum 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment.
Candidates for consideration must be able to do the following:
1.
Work Safely and follow Safety rules and regulations.
2.
Be able to lift, push, or pull 50 pounds, navigate stairs, walk, bend, and kneel through the entire shift.
3.
Work ANY shift and understand some overtime may be required.
4.
Work in a non-climate-controlled environment(hot/cold) 5.
Stand on their feet for up to 12 hours per day.
6.
Must have basic math and computer skills, be able to read a tape measure, and be able to read/write in English.
Starting pay is $19.
66/hour.
We do offer a shift differential of $0.
64/hour for 2nd and 3rd shift team members.
